Amazing value. Good beers on tap and ice cold.

I ordered a regular cheeseburger with fries and a drink (upgraded to a beer) for $13!

    Keep doing what you're doing!

    Love,

Just like Grindr, you can find some juicy meat and oiled up buns here!

Grinderz is located in Old World Village, which seems like a random choice, given the quaint German theme. However, it does make sense given the Vans store and skate park next door. Inside, Grinderz is clearly sk8er themed, and decked out with decks. There's an outdoor patio too, providing plenty of seating.

The menu looks pretty basic at first glance, only offering hamburger, cheeseburger, double, turkey, veggie, and chicken. However, a lot is customizable, and there's another menu offering other options like the Pigsty Burger and the Bird's Nest Burger!

I didn't want something too heavy, so I went with the CALI STYLE BURGER, which was kind of like In-n-Out style. The brioche was nice and fluffy, and the burger patty itself was flavorful but a little on the thin side (my preference is thicker patties).

+ FRIES: The BEER BATTERED fries are definitely a step up from regular ones! They're so nice and crisp, and soft on the inside.

+ ONION RINGS: These are absolutely perfect. The batter is so crispy and you can tell that they're freshly made.

The service is great. Our server told us that the cook made too many onion rings, so she brought us out a complimentary basket! If you check in on Yelp, you can get pitchers of beer for BOGO 50% off. All our food came out pretty quickly and with a smile.

Great local burger spot if you're in the area. Support your local businesses!

This is one of my go-to burger places in Huntington Beach. It's essentially a hidden gem because you wouldn't expect this skater-themed restaurant to be inside the Old Village across from Costco. It is a really good burger place. Their pigsty fries are the best. I normally would rate this place 5-stars but I think I went on an off day for the chef because my burger was really dry, normally it isn't so that was a shame. But it could be merely coincidence. I'm sure the next time I come back, everything will be 5/5. Price, this place is a little more expensive for anyone expecting a normal fast food joint but it's worth it. There's plenty of parking in the lot. Also they sell beer.

tl;dr: Great. Worth the higher price. There's alcohol. Definitely get the pigsty fries, it should be the California signature over animal fries from In-N-Out.

Don't get this place confused for the dating app, this place has a better match rate than online dating!
My friends and I had the pleasure of eating here before watching our movie at the theater in Bella Terra which was only a few minutes away. This spot is located in a little German village shopping area so there's some pretty cool stuff to see if you want to walk around and explore the venue.

Food: It was delicious! I had the Hawaiian burger after pondering between 3 of their most popular burgers which also included the pigsty and the Bird's Nest. After speaking with the cashier she suggested the Hawaiian as being a little better than the Pigsty due to its deliciously lightly sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce and grilled pineapples. Boy was she not wrong! Majority of my friends all ordered the Bird's Nest and one of them even had it protein style but that burger was so massive. I'm glad I stuck with the Hawaiian. It was light and flavorful and definitely filled me up along with the pigsty fries. The pigsty fries are similar to Animal style fries but with their own twist by adding bacon and avocado which definitely hits your taste buds in the right spots by adding the fatty crunchiness of bacon to the smooth and creamy bits of avocado which combined with the sauce and cheesy goodness.

Drinks: They have two beers on tap, if I'm not mistaken. But they were definitely tasty. I can't remember the names of them as my friend was the one that ordered the two pitchers at a discounted rate due to a Yelp check in bonus. So if you're ever with a group of friends, do check in to claim that offer!

Overall: food was great, outdoor seating was nice as our group of friends were able to eat and relax before the movie. I would honestly come back again next time I'm in the area.

    Nice presented and good burger.

Grinders is located hidden in small area near Golden West College. Surprisingly there weren't many parking spots but the village seems a bit empty?

I ordered the veggie burger with avocado and my friends ordered their burger and a basket of fries. The basket of fries is $5.25 and it was big enough for 3 people to share. We bought boba so we didn't need the combo set with the drinks. The cashier was extremely busy-handling phone orders and taking our orders. I think there were two employees so it seemed under staffed at the time.

I ordered my burger and after several minutes the employee apologized that they didn't have veggie patty. He was offering us refund or something else on the menu. I choose not to eat meat for health benefits but I decided to get the regular cheese burger. The guy included avocados for free for the inconvenience. The food came real quick and the food tasted really good. They have good service and worth visiting.

My only complaints are that the facility can not accommodate a lot of people inside. There some out door seatings but seatings are very limited. Also I thought the individual prices of each item are a bit expensive. For example a veggie burger alone costs $8. But I think the combo meals are fair price.
